domestic shipping
Free EXPRESS shipping with an order value of $75.00 or more and a transit time of 1 to 2 business days.
All ECONOMY shipping costs with an order value of $75.00 or less will vary based on weight with a transit time of 5 to 8 business days.
All STANDARD shipping costs will vary based on weight with a transit time of 3 to 4 business days.
All EXPRESS shipping costs will vary based on weight with a transit time of 1 to 2 business days.
processing time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 to 4 business days after placing your order for processing.
insufficient/incorrect address
If a package is returned to the sender (Of Arc) due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost.
tracking your order
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page.

We do not give refunds. We only exchange for the same item.
return policy
returns
Our return window is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange.
shipping your item back to us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
